One caveat I would tell you is that if you are not looking to do this on a bigger scale, and adding one deal maybe every couple years with no true passion for managing it along with working full time I would hand it off.

Hello, does anyone in the Cincinnati area have any experience with True Home Ohio property management?

As far as the deal goes, it might not be too good to be true, however, I would try to understand the exact neighborhood grade.

If you just want to dabble to make some extra money and don't have the passion to go all in, it's a tough business keeping up with all of the regulatory changes and balancing keeping owners happy with taking care of tenants.   

I know generating and finding leads will be difficult given my lack of experience; however, I am very passionate about real estate and have lots of long-term goals for investing.
