I was just wondering if anyone had any good words of wisdom for me or any cool ideas for automating data feeds (liens being filed, running all properties in a town to see tax status, etc).

I've done my due diligence (Estimated rehab budget, researched comps, reviewed the forums ;) and have a contractor lined up).I'm still super nervous and I'm sure that feeling does not leave but I'm just wondering if you experienced investors have and words of wisdom when the financial and anxiety levels are stretched!

I do  have a good paying job that helps me pay my primary residence, but I like to plan for rainy days.My ultimate goal is have enough rental income to live off of, so I know conventional wisdom says I need to buy more rentals.
