If it’s the rhetoric turn the TV off and don’t watch those types of YouTube.  

These guys I think a blue tooth TV and head phones would solve most of the issue if it really is loud TV volume but if it is just regular TV they are going to complain about something else. 

And after watching one after another tenant who checks out good flitting off, never getting back, or changing their mind.I finally get someone who says they like the apartment and looks like a good prospect. 

@Stuart Udis you were so fed up with this topic that you forgot to mention all the newbies buying affordable/cheap Class C/D assets, expecting Class A/B results - because they read/watched something from 5+ years ago!
