We are currently looking to acquire in Texas a medical building for about $2.4 mil all in (purchase and rehab) with hard money lender with about 20% down at 8%. 

With major hospitals, MacDill AFB, universities, and sports teams, there’s steady demand from medical staff, military personnel, students, and professionals.

after that, my damp basement ceased to be a problem.   

It’s a townhome located near a major medical area, so I’m targeting traveling nurses and other professionals looking for 1–6 month stays. 

Travel medical professionals were our target when we first started but we are seeing a lot of non-medical workers that come to our area.

Three of my rooms are rented to medical students.

I hear there may be medical colleges , + 1000 jobs from some company etc. come up there to attribute to appreciation.

If there are medical bills, or something similar causing the lower score, I'd let that slide.

There are many moving parts from local laws, construction modifications and likely higher risk of liability if nothing else based on increasing the traffic with staff, medically fragile patients and family members.
