Nothing more annoying than needing true customer assistance and reaching some Pakastani guy named “Greg,” who only knows enough English to give you “I am so sorry,” “unfortunately, ” or any of a half dozen other meaningless platitudes. 

Homeowner.ai seems to have a pretty accurate automated valuation tool.

Ive noticed, however, that most property analysis tools and search sites out there don't really consider house hacking in deal analysis. 

If an online tool can handle the heavy lifting, it would definitely make it easier for investors to analyze multiple properties efficiently.
