Hi,I have a townhome let say Unit A at Imperial Beach on Oceanfront bought it last year.

For 16 units, you might look at small balance commercial lenders or local banks.

I tried to buy it two plus years ago and would have torn it down and combined it with the 9 unit and 4 unit lots to make one large 21 unit building! 

@Jaycee Greene it's a 20 unit property for 400k that currently is rented out per room to students/anyone.
