How does high equity correlate to being a motivated seller?

Hey everyone,I’m actively searching for single family houses to buy and flip (or Wholesale if the opportunity arises) and always looking for better ways to generate off-market leads.I’ve been experimenting with Facebook ads to target motivated sellers, but I’d love to hear from others who are doing the same.

One specific area of interest aside from MD is anywhere from Newark Valley, NY to Seneca Lake, NY, specifically for short term rentals.I've been doing a ton of research and reading, and am very motivated and excited to make my first deal.

A dual agent might be more motivated, but they legally have to stay neutral, so you might not get the same level of buyer-focused guidance.

Hi All,Each unit of duplex with different Property managers like unit A with XYZ PM (who i recently moved a few weeks back and they are asking to be added to insurance as additional interest) and unit B with ABC PM for the last few years (but they never asked to be added as additional interest so far).

Just knowing that a complaint has been filed will likely motivate them to change their behavior and avoid an investigation.In the meantime, start looking for a new property manager.
