For those educated on this, how do you tell what's actually useful automation long term vs. what’s just trendy that might fizzle out?

Hey everyone I’ve been working behind the scenes with real estate investors mainly helping them get city permit ready drawings for their BRRRR and fix-and-flip projects (floor plans, MEP, etc.).

AI may be the wave of the future but I'm just old school and wouldn't want my responses to be automated just to cover a bigger market.
