As of Monday, Zillow has officially begun enforcing its ban on private listings, marking a major shift in how properties are marketed online.

I'm not sure how a company can be in violation of a "conspiracy to Restrain Trade" by locking out unpaid advertising.  

This past April a bill in the Georgia legislature that would essentially put a ban on out of state landlords' self-managing their rental properties passed and is now effective as of July 1st.

Yeah this will show up in a CLUE report. 2 or 3 claims in 3 years will get you banned from most insurance companies. 

A permit is also required.Weehawken seems to ban short-term rentals under 30 days completely.

I own 3 ST rentals in Saugatuck area i Douglas, which does not have a ban on short term rentals. 

I looked it up but was wondering what your insight would be.

In my area of Nashville STR's are all but banned yet I have been able to locate some awesome deals that are approved and would cash flow exceptionally.

She is policing the forums and banning based on her emotions and her politics.
