Well I'm pretty sure he just moved out anyways without paying the buy out fee (2 months rent pretty much).

Most if not all land investors I have spoken with have gotten back to a J O B or have transitioned to something else.Still, tons of great deals out there buying 4ish acres for 13k in TX, trying to secure a 16 acres in GA and more.Keep us posted for sure!
