Attitudes about employment, diet and lifestyle choices are often dependent on cultural norms and there is plenty I'm willing to blame the govt for but what my kids ate or watched aren't two of them.

But research shows that some people become addicted, some people have a reaction, some people find it is a "gateway" drug.

That would float all boats as long as we kept it out of the hands of the bankers, defense industry, drug companies, politicians and cartels. ;-)  

If you're doing the the math at home that is an ROI of 73.46% and an APR of about 161%.And the only reason the first two deals are taking 4 - 5 months is because we went wholesale first and we drug our feet there for a few weeks, then we found a buyer who wanted financing and we wasted 3 weeks with him. 

I have been party to a law suit that has drug on a couple years about new STR rules in a local city (there was nothing defining STRs in that city other than tax collection prior to a few years ago).    

Understand your potential tenant pool, local crime states, drug/homeless in the area, schools, employers, etc.
