So over the last year I dealt with houses with roofs with gaping holes in them, mold damage, rain damage, broken sewage pipes, stolen water heaters, an ancient electrical panel that had caught on fire, my grandmother's metal shed being stolen by a hoarder tenant, my dad also being a hoarder, and even some fun squatters.

I just did a rental that had to be basically redone top to bottom, and we had to do everything from remove a sub panel that we did not think we had to do to re-pipe a lot of the house due to the old piping and moving the kitchen around.

The biggest challenge was that the house was build more than 45 years ago and only had one owner, hence there were a LOT of old things and piping and wiring and insulation, and so on.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
