Hi, just wanted to get some feedback to see if anyone has used the services of STRsearch.com. they look like they run a lot of analytics and help with figuring out what you need to do to find and run a successful STR.

I even heard about a student who didn’t speak up, bought a property without getting feedback, and ended up losing money.

Would love any feedback on the structure, location, or strategy from folks who’ve worked with similar assets or hospitality-focused deals.
