This feeling is what prompted me to reduce my reliance on OTAs as much as possible. 

Idk I feel like the house data wise and cash flow makes sense, but we’ve had bad tenets and idk if the 3rd will be any better.

Out of everything, I feel like vetting a solid contractor remotely might be the hardest part.
