Drain-and-fill can get expensive, and unfortunately, guests tend to misuse the tub—candles, glitter, lotions, you name it.

Whenever we've done welcome packages in the past, we've done candles, chocolate, cleaning supplies and a gift card to local store or restaurant. 

I’m literally burning candle at both ends preparing the STR and responding to guest messages.

This is literally a fire sale, idiot tenant lit candle, set mattress on fire but managed to drag mattress outside; there is smoke damage.

keep in mind all the fuel is now gone.. so wild fire will not be an issue going forward as long as folks do more of a desert style landscaping and dont plant things that burn like Eucalyptus as one poster mentioned those things go up like a roman candle at 4th of July.
