The rate is a little high if you put 20% down even DSCR rates are about half a point under that right now.In the future you can shop around for a better rate and feel free to ask about an I/O Interest Only option to help offer a higher cash flow for the first few years.

One thing I would also mention is if you going to keep it for long term and do not plan on taking any cash out I would consider an I/O interest only or a 40 year term to help increase the initial upfront cash flow.

You've also got the option to take interest only financing on this between 1-10 yrs - rate add on of .25%, if you go the i/o route.
