Anything I should know about Tennessee that the internet isn't telling me?

I love designing “executive-ready” units…But many hosts think they need to spend $10k+ to make it happen.Not true.Here’s what actually matters:✅ workspace✅ fast internet✅ blackout curtains✅ comfortable mattress✅ clean + neutral aestheticSkip the luxury decor shopping spree.How have you positioned your units to attract higher-tier guests?

There's no stopping the development train though.Of course, just like the dot.com bubble burst in 1999 but we still have the internet today.

Internet is spotty. 

. - All utilities included (except internet, water, and pellets for the pellet stove)- Comes with private sauna- Comes with Private Gym- Comes with shared in ground swimming pool- Comes with wrap around porch- Comes with jetted soaking tub in the primary bathroom.- Partially furnished (everything except living room and primary bedroom)- Comes with property managementTo put it bluntly, the rent being charged is higher than your average consumer can afford... $6,500/month to be exact.When I think of who might be able to afford a rental like this.

He charged me a few thousand dollars for information that is repackaged and rebranded, because you can simply find it on the internet!

I agree: do the work (network) and pay your dues IRL  In Real Life.Trust and relationships are not the Internet...

In my properties the HOA fee includes Trash/Recycle and Internet.  

If it can be used as a STR it's going to have septic, well water and need Starlink for internet.
