If you're able to earn between $150,000 and $500,000 per year with wholesaling, I'd appreciate knowing how you've learned it.I researched the internet and 4 different coaches, David Frizzell, Jon Barbera, The Tax delinquent Blueprint, and a local wholesaler who offers a mentoring program I will attend in a few months.

@Jon Simmonsyeah I'd get it all squared out & whole story.You should have documentation where they sign an application, then get verification forms that state to them you have the right to reach out to verify references & they are allowing you to do so.Did you allow the application via zillow, apts.com, etc.
