Is the specific ACT mentioned in the lease?

Hi all,I'm trying to explore mid-term rentals and would like to know how the lease differs from normal long-term rental leases.

You could always do a commercial lease but I was thinking this is for an individual ala "We Work". 

If yes, think about terminating the existing lease, with written acceptance of the 'agreement of termination of lease', to be signed and notarized, by both father and daughter.Then, create a new lease with only the father on it.

Never give them free rent up front-do that at the end of the lease.

I intend to lease it to an assisted living center.

It's kind of like a ground lease.

I've got someone interested in doing a 99 year lease instead of buying my property. 

I purchased with conventional and the lender doesn’t allow me to transfer to my LLC.Is there a way for me to lease the property to my business ?
