I've got a mixed use building with a vacant 5200 sg ft. medical space on the first floor.

Best advice I can give to someone in medical school is rent.

I have basic familiarity with some of the terms and am educating myself on the processes and procedures.

I do not wish to engage in lengthy foreclosure procedures in order to take my property back on a buyer default.I would also like to ask how to figure out "interest only" payments for the first two years.

Not sure why anyone would pay for an education since the invention of the internet.Exclduing very specific examples where it's needed to become a profession like the medical field.
