For example I recently thought about this post question while witnessing a recently deceased tenant daughter threaten to kill her sister if she did not allow her to take her mothers Elvis memorabilia. just for the record i love Elvis!

@Alex HamdenI would turn it into a Brady museum and charge people ten bucks to walk through it . put a giant sign out front and offer a guided tour through each room along with a room of posters autographs and brady memorabilia

I would put up all kinds of KISS artwork and other memorabilia in the property. 

rentals aren’t safe , If you want safety your Much better off collecting dale Earnhardt memorabilia for your retirement . 

She would like to at least save the memorabilia inside the house.

All my living rooms have a theme like Hunting, Bodybuilding, Guy Action Movies, Labrador Retrievers, Sports Memorabilia. 

He is basically living in the Living room, most all the rooms are basically an accumulation of old memorabilia.
