Hello @William Murden - Rocky Mount (like almost everywhere) has its better and lessor areas.

The property has potential mainly because it’s in unincorporated Charleston County with no HOA, which opens the door for STR use and creative setups that wouldn’t fly in most of Mount Pleasant.

In Cleveland, older duplexes often have furnaces that can last longer with the right maintenance, especially if the heat exchanger and blower motor are still solid.

I lived in Boise for most of my life and have only been through Mackay once, to climb Mount Borah.

I know NOTHING about car motors.

Most of my real estate is in Mount Airy which is the polar opposite. 

This is perhaps part of the reason why @James Wise actually recently nominated himself ;) for BiggerPockets' Mount Rushmore. 

If you want to finance, you need to use a bank or COOP that has bricks and motor on the island, a US bank will not work.

I listened to someone speak about your business "flywheel" which multiplies the torque to the powertrain in a car transmission to take high rpm at the motor and turn it into powerful, high torque lower rpm at the drive shaft and then wheels in a car.
