You should provide a copy of your Condo Declaration, and a copy of the HOA's "Insurance Summary" to your Insurance Agent so they can determine exactly what coverage, and, most importantly, what deductibles you need to properly insure.

@Richard I followed up again with my HOA and this is what they say “ Your intent to purchase as a rental property and the supporting documents do not make the property a permanent rental deemed such by the declarant at the time of purchase, nor does the intent or documentation supersede the bylaws.”
