Want to get Into RE.

Can anyone give me information about how long it should take my property manager to turn the house around for re-renting it?

The more I think about AI and data collection (especially if this data can be collected automatically) I really think the sky is the limit. it makes sense to use this new technology to automate tasks, increase efficiency and likely improve your RE portfolio. 

👋I’ve been working with investors and asset holders in the note space — specifically around performing and non-performing residential notes.Lately, I’ve noticed more private sellers looking to offload NPNs (non-performing notes) and buyers searching for passive income through re-performing or discounted assets.

Let me see if I understand this- you somehow did not think that expenses could change usually in the direction of increasing- this in spite of the loan documents having text that discusses escrow holdings and that they adjust.- this in spite of having it occur on your first purchase.
