Registering the LLC in PA is often the smoother route if that’s where the property is.I invest in Ohio and love the stability and affordability the Midwest offers.

If you want a registered agent, there are services offering that starting at $40.

And some folks think that all these people are going to get kicked off of medicare/medicade because they cant register twice a year.. we know these folks know the system no way they are going to let freebies go just because they cant register.. such BS going around. 

If you create in MT, you should still be registering in TN and have a registered agent in TN.

One can do lending of a commerical nature in about 32 states legally the others you need to be an MLO and NMLS registered.
