But if I have a $5000 mortgage on Option A and 2 $2500 mortgages on Option B and the tenants are paying the utilities, essentially, how is it that Option A would cash flow but Option B would not?

Hey Aruna, luckily for us, Columbus as a whole has really been brought up, that being said we have A,B, and C areas, so there really isn't anywhere that I would say to stay away from.

The good news I guess is at about 75% done I said the heck with it and looked at one or two places then ripped the band aid off and ordered.
