For my part, I’ve been trying a few different approaches to stay ahead, especially with long-term rentals in mind:City Council & Planning Agendas: I make it a point to review these at least monthly.

I've also had the properties listed  on Mini Stays for 6 months plus with zero inquiry.

Companies can pay to sponsor or be in specific search features but I am not aware of them "recommending" - it's not different I believe than Facebook and see int a fb ad.

Our firm is actively engaging with media outlets to increase awareness about this situation.

I am well aware of the class structure and pitfalls of renting to a weaker tenant base.
