Please file your complaint via the TCR form (make sure you get thi in writing and followup with a phone call) @ SEC.gov .The fact that they stopped dividend payments on so many properties at the exact same time/starting many/all of them back up at the 75 % lower dividend at the same time, means they are likely in contract breach for not treating each property as an individual investment/maybe be borrowing money from one project for another, all against the contract t/c's and possibly Ponzi scheme material.

If thy have a sister-in-law that is a "wanna be real estate agent", they will give her the benefit of the doubt to list regardless of what they tell you now.If you are using FHA or VA money to buy a property, they will require an inspection but they won't use yours.
