My food for thought is, do I take the risk for a higher earning potential and travel the country to make more money, or try to keep making it by at home not making as much or saving as much?  

Not entirely sure about the demand for Airline crews, but most of my clients who do MTR have had their units filled by traveling contracting crews who are working on some of the larger data center projects just outside the city.

I was under the impression (perhaps incorrect) that pet fees could also go to greater wear & tear on furniture and the extras we provide for our dog guests (poop bags, bowls, mats, towels, treats, etc.).

We negotiated flat-rate pricing per bag, and it’s been a game changer.

RTR severed ties with the builder and never relayed this on to their investors, who ultimately were left holding the bag. 

Be sure you can attract health care travelers at the price you would need to make it net more than long term. 

Or, if not for that niche, traveling professionals in the downtown area of Columbus.
