Would anyone happen to have experience with alternative financing options like HEI (home equity investment) companies that would allow us to continue living in our home?

I searched for alternatives to CC but it mostly points to RentRedi, AppFolio, etc, other cloud based options that he doesn't need.

Since I alternate between STR on Airbnb and MTR on long term websites, I like the fact that Airbnb allows me to set my listing to "Dates unavailable" as the default.

With stricter lending guidelines, more investors are turning to alternative funding sources.Do you think this shift is temporary or a long-term trend?

I’m still making money, so I’m okay, but it seems unbelievable how far it can drop and how fast the bottom is dropping.
