I actually closed a loan this month where one borrower was the POA for the second borrower for the loan and the purchase.In all of the POAs Ive seen, the POA is required to be notarized and witnessed by two persons unrelated to the POA agent.

I don’t know that I have ever witnessed a time in the Smokies where unbooked outnumbered booked, in the summer months at least.We won’t see that unless there is a major black swan event.   

Though, like I said I think a lot of the replies were well intentioned warnings for her to keep her wits about the situation.

Fast forward a year later I am at home (Chicago) and find myself in the beautiful suburb of Oak Park.
