I am new to the field of real estate investing but I have been very interested in the idea for about 10 yrs now that I finally have my feet under me I would like to start taking steps.
After the 2008 crash I was able to buy a new house, but couldn't afford to sell my old one...so I rented it out. And loved it! Then took a job at a property management company to learn more and eventually became head of operations for 800+ units. Now I invest in my own properties and use my experience to analyze deals and manage properties.
