I'm looking to connect with a landlord in the Houston area who’s interested in renting out their property.

I specialize in short- and medium-term rentals and currently manage 40 luxury homes across Houston. If you're looking for a stable, long-term tenant, I'd love to talk.

We offer favorable lease terms — ideally a 5-year lease with steady annual rent increases. We take management very seriously:

• In-house maintenance team of 4

• 7-person cleaning crew

• We maintain properties in picture-perfect condition

• We handle all minor maintenance and only contact you for major issues

A pool is a plus, and 4+ bedrooms are preferred — but I’m open to any size home.

Please note: We do not work with HOA homes.
Location is flexible — all Houston-area neighborhoods have worked well for us.
