In Search of a Mentor

Hey everyone,

I am just starting out in real estate investing in the southern NH area and new to this group. I want to start with house flipping and eventually get into multi-family rental properties when I have mastered flips. I am looking for a mentor in the area that is willing to help me get started. I am a hard worker, eager to learn and am handy, having done all of the updates in my own home myself. I would be willing to offer my services in construction in exchange for advice and mentorship.
