All of a Sudden I’m Receiving Solicitations on BP

I can’t remember it happening previously. In the last three days I received 5 colleague requests. After accepting, I was hit with (thinly) disguised solicitations as messages (“I just want your advice/feedback, can we jump on a quick call to see if you qualify for our program”) by each one. Has anyone else come across this?

latest one i get is weird dialogue that I have to say is a non English speaker.
However I often get the can we do a quick call.. I respond with send me a few bullet points on this system and If I can I will answer those I dont do calls..
Unless I can tell its going to be a fruitful call as in the person writing has given me some interesting detail that I want to learn about.
And then sometimes I just feel like I can go deeper if its a subject I like for instance land use issues or entitlement issues.. but if its just vanilla rental stuff or " I am just starting in rentals what should I do" I just respond with keep reading on BP buy the most expensive property you can afford in the best school district :)
