Searching for Property Management in Harrisburg Pennsylvania

Looking for recommendations or advice on good property managers in Harrisburg PA. I have a duplex that is currently being managed by Inch & Co Property Management but one unit has been vacant since February and the other is now vacant since May. They have been slow to respond to my questions (or unresponsive in some cases) and do not seem to have a sense of urgency in getting these units back on track. So now I'm in search of an alternative option that I can trust, is proactive in managing the property, knows the market, finds good tenants and treats them well and has good communication skills.
