Thinking of starting an Airbnb in the Triangle (NC) — would love advice

I’ve been seriously thinking about getting into the Airbnb game here in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill), but before I start investing, I wanted to reach out to folks who are already doing this.If you’re hosting in the area, I’d love to hear how it’s been going for you — the good, the bad, what you wish you knew before you started, etc.Just trying to learn from people who are actually in it before jumping in.
