Exploring MTRs in Columbus-Is There Demand for Travel Professionals or Airline Crew?

Hi everyone!  I'm currently in the research and planning stage for my first investment property, and I'd love some input on demand for midterm rentals (30+days) in Columbus, Ohio. 

I'm especially curious about two possible guest types: 

*Airline flight crew near CMH (I'm a former Flight Attendant)

* Traveling professionals or corporate guests downtown

Before I go any further, I'm trying to understand:

*Is there consistent demand for either of these groups in Columbus?

*Has anyone here ever rented to airline crew or working professionals midterm?

*What platforms (Furnished Finder, Airbnb, etc.) have worked best for 30+ day tenants?

I really appreciate any insight while I map out if this is the right strategy to pursue as a first-time investor. Thanks!
