Looking for a great title company

Does anyone on here own a title company or have title companies that they LOVE working with? Can be based anywhere, but most helpful would be those that operate in Florida, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Nevada or California.

Hey Michael, great question! A solid title company really makes a difference, especially when you’re doing deals across different states. From my experience in Ohio, I’d say Columbus has some really investor-friendly title companies that are used to handling out-of-state clients and multiple property transactions, which makes the process smoother. I’ve also heard good things from other investors about reliable teams in Florida and Missouri that are very investor-focused. What you want to look for is a company that communicates well, understands investor timelines (especially if you’re doing 1031s or quick closes), and is familiar with working with both lenders and cash deals. If you’re considering Ohio specifically, I’d say Columbus is a great place to start because the market here is really active and title companies are used to working with investors every day. Happy to connect and answer any questions you have!
