I’m planning to refinance my home into an llc and cash out and invest with it. I’m just looking for an easy lender who will explain the numbers and be transparent because the people I’ve been talking to  keep adding new information after email. It’s confusing.
any help maybe someone is not confusing and be straight forward.

@Ricardo DiazWhy to an experienced lender like @Upen Patel this is simple. But to the average lender this is not simple.

Part of this might be the choice of words. You are not refinancing. You are selling your home to an LLC that you own. Because it is a transfer it is not a refinance. A loan to an LLC is a different animal that a loan for a personal residence or even an investor loan for a property in your name.

Yes there are lots of lenders that can do this but you have to find the right lender.
