Thank you all for the responses I guess I was overwhelmed and Ned you are very right. I was maybe stuck on the wording. Yes I am transferring to an llc so they are buying the property.

I’m planning to refinance my home into an llc and cash out and invest with it. I’m just looking for an easy lender who will explain the numbers and be transparent because the people I’ve been talking to  keep adding new information after email. It’s confusing.
any help maybe someone is not confusing and be straight forward.

We have been looking and went all the way to Hartford. Just haven’t seen anything worthwhile plus the taxes have gone up in that city.

I agree and my partner is getting flights right now to head there and look around. Hopefully with an agent we can use.

Pretty much an agent and management. If everyone works together would be a plus. Agent to find the places and then company to management. Make it easy being in ct.

Joe I called my mortgage company and they can do  a heloc if I need the funds but since I have not found a property to do the numbers in I do not know the options to go in. If it’s a short term lender I can do up to 75k.

Thank you for the input. I think that would be the better option. I’m trying to make the best decision. Definitely don’t want to make the wrong decision.

I have bought to properties with money that was saved. Both have equity but I don’t want to touch it. I want to borrow hard money for down payment. And the rest regular finance. I was told that the down payment money has to be In the account sitting there. How do you get around this when I don’t want to use any money but just borrowed money.  Thanks
