hi guys . Looking for some small job workers . Painting and sheetrock little plumbing too.a nd other small things. Not looking for a renovation company . Anyone know of a good guy or couple of guys I'm in Bridgeport CT

Hello guys I need a good HVAC company for a home in Bridgeport. It's a two family so both furnaces I want to change but since I have duct work I would get a unit for both ac and heat. I wanna get a good pricing or I can do one and change the other later or both when. Fall comes

Thanks John . Very insightful and with Yale definitely makes it a long term goal and that is what I am looking for . I've started in Bridgeport and I'll see what's available but New Haven does look nicer. Anyways thanks

need help in investing in Connecticut. started in Bridgeport and.now may be looking in New Haven. neighborhoods look a little cleaner and so do the houses .

I have looked at the bronx too and you need a good amount of startup . like 500k and higher. any lower is just in bad condition and not worth the hassle and most have tenants that don't want to leave so it's just a mess. good luck with all that. the good thing about it is I know people with small building and I tell them not to sell hold on to that forever lol

Well I'm hoping there won't be an exit strategy. I would buy and hold and rent out until I sell in the long run
