Hi all,

I am reading Brandon Turner’s book (The Book On Rental Property Investing) right now and he discusses the “1031 exchange”. I currently live in the Netherlands and, of course, taxes work differently here. So, I was wondering if there is a Dutch equivalent to the 1031 exchange.
