Massachusetts - Newbie Intro

Hi All,

I'm Anne and I just moved back to the Massachusetts area and am currently getting my MA real estate license. I am very interested the investing side of real estate and looking to learn all I can. My primary focus is on buy-and-hold properties, and I'm looking to purchase in the next few years, likely a triplex in Malden or Lowell through an FHA 203 loan. So, I have quite a bit to learn, especially on the rehabbing side of things!

Just wanted to introduce myself, and see if there are any meetups coming up?

There are a lot of Mass investors here on BP.  You're located in a great spot as we have a lot of Investor meetings at our fingertips.  The two events that were mentioned are excellent!  I'm actually going to be speaking next month at the NEREIA event.  I'm going to discuss investing while working a full time job, provide some marketing tips and go through a case study of one of my recent rehabs.
