Looking for a reputable paralegal to help dissolve multiple LLC's and Corps

Dear BP Community:
If anyone of you knows of a good Nevada based paralegal that handles dissolving LLC's and Corps in the state of Nevada I would greatly appreciate the referral.

David, you should be able to do this yourself, at least disolving these entities. You need to close out your asset accounts, transfer any properties out of the business entity first so that no assets are in the company. If you owe anyone, you should either pay them or make arrangements that they release that company since you are closing it and assume the liability elsewhere.
Then contact the Secretary of State where the business is registered and ask what they require. Usually they can send you the forms required. Good luck, Bill
