Is it manufactured homes worth investing in?
I'm looking into my first investment property, and I was wondering if it is possible to get ROI on a manufactured home?

Anything can have a good ROI if you, a) get it cheap and b) rent it high.
Bear in mind though, that a lot of people will look down on a mobile home. They are considered cheap, poorly insulated, etc....
