STRs (Airbnb) Sarasota/Siesta Key/Tampa area
Newbie here-My husband and I are seeking out properties in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area. I am aware of the regulations in Sarasota county, which is why we’re interested in the barrier islands or downtown only. We’re also open to other areas, such as Tampa. Any realtors on here that specialize in STRs ? We would Airbnb it from out of state for now. We’re in Mass and We’re new to investing, but it’s a dream of ours to do it and now just happens to be the right time in our life to take the plunge. I would so Appreciate any advice from those who have had success in STRs or any realtors in the area. Thanks so much!
