Hey everyone,

I dabbled a bit in investing in Denver a few years back then became a realtor there and in Northern VA but now ended up getting out of that and am starting back out on the investing side. I'm looking to wholesale and flip to start and am doing some research into which campaign I'd like to begin. Looking in the Baltimore area so I'm always interested in connecting with people and expanding my network. I'm open to any tips for beginners. Thanks and good luck!

If you're looking to move into the Baltimore market than the biggest tip is to make sure you really know your comps. Houses that are just a block or two away from your property may be completely unreliable from a comps perspective. Be sure to drive by them all before making any final decisions. Good luck!
