I dabbled a bit in investing in Denver a few years back then became a realtor there and in Northern VA but now ended up getting out of that and am starting back out on the investing side. I'm looking to wholesale and flip to start and am doing some research into which campaign I'd like to begin. I have been a member on BP for a few months now and have just recently started an REI education and have a mentor. i will be wholesaling properties to begin and raise some capital and then look into some fix and flips. Hi Joseph. Thanks for the response. 0 money down would be ideal, I would appreciate any feedback on this. I am actually looking in the Springs as will be moving there next summer. Duplex to 4 unit would be a good start but I'm open to a lot.
