Found a mentor looking to get started in the Denver area

Hello everyone,

I have been a member on BP for a few months now and have just recently started an REI education and have a mentor. i will be wholesaling properties to begin and raise some capital and then look into some fix and flips. I'm trying to grow my network and see if there are any networking events in the area. Any advice would would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day everyone!
